The Inventor:
Matthew S. Schiebold is a professional cellist with the Toledo Symphony for nearly 30 years. Matt thought beyond "The lighter is better” concept and created a patent material that advances our understanding of the acoustic possibilities of the endpin.

- Please note that over time oils from musician’s hands will make the polished bronze become “blued”, taking on a metallic patina. This can be restored through cleaning with a soft cloth and Silver polish. The “blueing” does not detract from the endpin’s performance.
